In this 2.5 hour facilitated session with Steve Macchia (founder and president of Leadership Transformations and author of The Discerning Life), you and your team will be guided in: focusing on the questions you are discerning together, a trusted and proven process for discovering God’s preferences for your community, and the best next steps to take together in the fulfillment of God’s way forward into the future.
Steve will begin this time together by understanding your team context and the particularities of your ministry. He will unpack the principles and practices of The Discerning Life, and specifically focus on the following:
- Highlighting the primary principles and practices of The Discerning Life
- Addressing specific issues your team is facing today
- Reviewing the ten questions process for leaders and teams
- Answering questions, offering insights and wisdom for the best way forward
