LTI Events Gift Certificates

Give the gift of soul care with a gift certificate valid towards any of our soul care and spiritual formation events. 

To purchase a gift certificate:
  1. Fill out the form below. To determine how much to give, as reference, most of our online events are $35 per event. Enneagram workshops and some in-person events are $49 per event.
  2. The gift certificate will include: the certificate amount, name of the recipient, name of the giver, the message you provide in the message box, 1 year expiration date, and a unique ID code (for LTI verification purposes). Note that the gift certificate is not valid until payment is processed and authorized on the next page (you will receive 2 e-mails: the gift certificate AND the receipt indicating payment was  authorized). 
  3. Either print out or forward the e-mail of the gift certificate to the intended recipient. 
To redeem a gift certificate:
  1. Please check the Leadership Transformations Events Page  to determine which upcoming online soul care event you would like to attend.
  2. Then fill out this special form with the information for the event you would like to attend AND
    1. Leave the Event Code form field as “UNKNOWN”
    2. In the Questions/Comments box, please include the following information from your gift certificate:
      • Gift Certificate “From” First and Last Name
      • Unique ID Code
    3. Under Payment Amount, please enter the cost of the event minus the gift card amount you are applying.  For instance, if the event cost is $35.00, and you want to apply $35.00 of your gift card balance, because $35-$35 = $0,  you would enter $0.00 under “Payment Amount”. 
  3. The Online Ministry Coordinator will e-mail you within 2-3 business days to confirm your registration. 

Note, if you run into any issues with the above steps, please:

  • Forward the gift certificate e-mail (or take a picture of your printed copy and send in an e-mail) to the Online Ministry Coordinator at chrissy@leadershiptransformations.org along with a note regarding which event you are interested in and how you would like to apply the certificate. 

* Note: Gift certificates expire 1 year after date of purchase.

Mitzi started her professional life as a high school social studies teacher. She and her husband Jerry then served cross-culturally for ten+ years, living abroad first in India and then Kurdistan, N. Iraq. In addition to being a Spiritual Director, she now serves as a Formation and Care pastor in her local church in Houston, TX. She has graduated from LTI’s Selah Spiritual Direction training as well as LTI’s Emmaus Formational Leadership Program.

Mitzi enjoys engaging conversation, reading fiction, doing jigsaw/crossword puzzles, ocean gazing and exploring the world with Jerry through food and travel.

God has two main callings in Mitzi’s life: to care for those who care for others and to be a guide in helping others have a healthy relationship with the Trinity – recognizing God’s loving presence and activity in their lives and how to faithfully respond.
