I worked in the engineering field for 45 years before retiring. In 1988, with a friend, I started a small embedded software engineering company whose primary mission was to make disciples. I have found that helping individuals and groups to become attentive to the Holy Spirit is the best method for growing disciples of Jesus. Spiritual Direction is a key component of that. With my wife Barbara, we lead the Listening to God Ministry in Avon, Connecticut (ListeningToGod.org). We have 3 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
