Mike believes spiritual formation is an unhurried process of sojourning with pain and caring interpersonally for others and wants to see sinners engage in God's goodness as God shapes them.
When not in direction, Mike can be found outdoors spending time with friends and family, preferably on two wheels or around good food.
He and his wife have two children and live in central Minnesota.
