Are you interested in setting aside a day for a personal retreat but not sure how to structure it? These ready-to-use retreat guides will provide all that you need: an orientation to silent retreat, a schedule, scripture to meditate on, and reflective readings to enrich your experience. Workshops & Retreats
We offer a variety of online and in-person workshops on spiritual formation topics. Besides Bible-centered teaching, each workshop includes time for personal reflection and conversation with other participants.
Whether gathering in-person at a retreat center or online via Zoom, the purpose of a soul care retreat is to set apart time and space to be with God. Contemplative Bible reading, listening prayer, and reflection are central features of each of these facilitated experiences.
Spiritual Companionship
Spiritual Direction is the practice whereby one person helps another to pay attention to God, and to God’s presence, voice, and sanctifying work in his or her life. See a listing of spiritual directors trained through LTI’s Selah Program.
The Enneagram is a powerful self-awareness tool that helps us explore the diverse gifts, virtues, vices, and deadly sins that are being transformed into Christ’s image. We offer workshops, consultations, and coaching for individuals, couples, and ministry teams using the WEPSS inventory.
The word sabbatical comes from Sabbath – so it should be restful above all else. It’s amazing how quickly we default to some other form of productivity even when we try to rest. Through an intentional coaching process, we help ministers make their sabbatical a truly life-giving, restful, and renewing experience.
While listening attentively to each team’s unique needs, we provide a unique approach for spiritual discernment, with focused attention on helping leaders to prayerfully discern the presence and power of God.

CHAT is a church survey designed by church leaders–for church leaders. It is a convenient, affordable, user-friendly online process that allows you to get accurate, anonymous feedback from your congregation in as little as 30 days.
THAT is a 30-question survey tool designed to help the team leader and team members listen well to one another, assess their areas of strength, highlight areas in need of improvement, and thrive together in ministry.

Training
Abide is a 10-month online certificate program in Spiritual Formation, where through readings, teachings, conversations with authors, group discussions and communal prayer, participants explore 10 spiritual formation topics oriented towards personal spiritual growth in Christ-likeness.
Emmaus is a two-year program for the leader who desires to follow Jesus more intimately, recognizes a need for deeper formation in the Holy Spirit, and wants to be equipped to influence others in their spiritual growth in the Lord.
Selah is a two-year training program for those called to companion others in their life with God. It is a program, a ministry, and a way of being that invites us, in community with one another, to pause and attend to the presence and communion of God.
