Dear friend of christian leaders...

The pressure points on leaders today are numerous and intense. Build a team. Raise a budget. Establish a niche. Care for constituents. Focus on vision. Fulfill a mission. Set challenging goals. Achieve some success. Be open to change. Lead with courage. Forge through obstacles. Seek transformation.

The stress on leaders is compounded by their personal, professional, and spiritual needs. Provide for the family. Maintain healthy relationships. Find balance in time management. Work. Exercise. Rest. Play. Worship. Care for the soul.

The ministry of Leadership Transformations is designed to help leaders prioritize ongoing care for their soul. At the same time, build a ministry team that can lead others into spiritual vitality and transformation. Since our inception, we have seen how God wants to use us in fulfillment of our purpose:

  • › Listen to leaders one-on-one in soul care conversations and spiritual direction
  • › Invite leaders to hop off their treadmill of activities and hear from God on a soul care retreat
  • › Discern with leadership teams God's blessed intentions for their shared ministry via face-to-face consultations
  • › Ignite passion for God in the hearts of those who are weary in well-doing and are thirsty for guidance in spiritual formation

LTi directly services local churches and parachurch ministries in their leadership development efforts. In addition, we have hosted soul c are retreats for ministry leaders, conducted seminars, and provide practical resources for their spiritual vitality. We have consulted with leadership teams and listened intently and discerningly in one-on-one settings. We love what we do and are delighted to come alongside leaders and teams for the depth of their soul and the vitality of their service to Christ and His Church!

We need your help as we move forward. The word is out and the demands for our services are increasing. The team is small and in need of enlargement. The budget is growing and the number of financial partners needs to follow suit. Can I be so bold as to invite your support-- prayerfully, strategically and financially? There's a new movement afoot and you too can join it today!

To God belongs all the glory and to you I offer heartfelt thanks.

God's blessing of the abundant life to you and yours,

Stephen A. Macchia, D. Min.

What Others Are Saying...

"The Soul Care Retreat was a huge 'I love you!' from our heavenly Father. It was an especially precious gift to me as a pastor--24 hours set aside to seek the Father's heart in gently guided silence and solitude. And the location - wow! Beautiful grounds, sacred space--the perfect setting in which to answer God's call to 'be still and know that I am God.' The whole focus of the retreat was to be still, to quiet our souls in order to listen to the Holy Spirit, and to be encouraged to pursue a rhythm of life that incorporates contemplation as prerequisite to mission. I heard from God during this time!"

"This 24-hr retreat was food and balm for my soul. I didn't know how much I needed this time away from the unremitting demands of pastoring and to take time to go deeper in my relationship to God in Christ. I had time to stop, look and listen. (Just getting away to stop is half the battle!) It was just the right balance of solitude, silence and connecting with the group. I have recommended this soul care retreat to several of my colleagues and friends."

"I can confidently say God touched me very deeply, through the silence, through the interaction with the other people at the retreat, and through my one on one conversation with Steve--definitely. I rediscovered the number one priority of my life--intimacy with my heavenly Father. I regained my focus and perspective in life and everything else that was troubling me by the end of the retreat suddenly seemed to pale in significance to the blessing of being close to God and feeling his love once again."

"I really appreciate what you are doing and the direction the Lord has taken you. Clearly you are focusing on the single most pressing need in the lives of spiritual leaders. I fear lest we have become a people of production rather than possession. We have great strategies for producing but are poverty stricken in our possession of life in the vine. My own soul is hungry. Yet feeding it gets pushed aside by so many things."

Pastor and mentor in the region - commenting on LTi

"Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard: that you, O God, are strong, and that you, O Lord are loving."

Psalm 62: 5-8, 11, 12
